World health organization (WHO) has stated that health is physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely any absence of disease or infirmities' a person can only claimed to be healthy when he is fit from all the aspect. Despite the intervention and improvement in mental health, millions of youngster are facing mental disturbance globally. Anxiety, depression, frustration have been very common issues among youngster these days. Family conflict, peer pressure, academic failure, lack of job opportunities, social issues are the major risk factors for mental health issues.
So with the vision to fight against anxiety and other mental health problems along with entrepreneurship challenge, Merit Pokhara in partnership with Nepal Youth Council (NYC), organized a motivational seminar Safaltako Awajharu. More than 350 attendee got the opportunity to connect in direct and learn from national and international leads of different fields. Where the major speaker panel included:
